Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of product delivery. Either reply to your order confirmation or send us a message – we’ll get back with you soon. Customer is reponsible for return shipping unless the case is somehow defective.

Warranty

This is a new product. Despite exhaustive testing, it is possible there is a weak link somewhere. Fortunately, the case is modular and we can send replacement pieces as needed. Warranty length is one (1) year from the date of delivery. After that date, still let us know if you need anything and we will try to help.

How many records will this hold?

Good question – the case expands with the standard bolts that are included to hold approximately 1-10 records. This should suit many collectors, and we don’t want the bolts sticking out unnecessarily far from the case.

We will offer an extender “add-on” if you know you will want more capacity (roughly double).

At the end of the day, there are many great uses for RecordKeeper. It is not meant to replace all other cases, though. If you want to carry 70 records, we suggest a DJ case/box.

What colors will RecordKeeper be available in?

We’re starting out with the totally clear case because it doubles as a home display.

In the future, we may produce cases with colored/textured acrylic. If you are interested in that but have already purchased a clear case, send us a message. We’ll send you the colored acrylic if you cover our cost (meaning we will not take a profit on it).

Are the records at risk of sliding into the corner bolts?

The cords provide enough tension to keep the records where they need to stay. That’s why we provide the cord lock instead of set-length elastic bands. We’ve improved the cords since our first tutorial video was shot, but even with the older-style cords, I slam the corners of the case into the table without the jacket corners touching the hardware.
